Our Holiday Agreement |
| 1. Our agreement binds you and all members of your party, including any day visitors. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of, and accept, the whole of this agreement and the obligations contained in it. It is effective from the date our agreement is formed and continues until the last member of your party has left the premises (and includes any extensions of time to your booking). |

| 2. Our agreement is formed when you have received our agreement with you or accepted it on-line. |

| 3. Our agreement incorporates the entire contents of our publicity documents, the Confirmation letter, and the copy of this agreement we send to you following your telephone or on line reservation by e-mail. You must also note and comply with all guidance and other requirements in any other information supplied by us to you. |

| 4. Our agreement is governed by English law and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We must both act reasonably in selecting or agreeing any jurisdiction including any forum for dispute resolution. |
| |
| 5. Should any part of our agreement be deemed by law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect. |
| |
| 6. Only one dog is permitted per house provided you have paid the appropriate supplement before your holiday. |
| |
Reservations Less Than 8 Weeks Ahead |
| Full payment is due within 7 days of making your telephone or e-mail reservation. |
| |
Payment |
| You must make the required payment(s) by the appropriate time(s) or we will have the right to cancel your booking and keep or claim your deposit. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administration costs we incur in processing your reservation. |

Care of the house
|
| You are expected to use the house and its contents with care and are responsible for any and all damage caused to them. An inventory of your house contents is available on request. |

| On departure you should leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning or missing items. |
| |
| We reserve the right to enter your house at any time for any reasonable purpose, for example, to make checks, or carry out essential inspection, maintenance work or repairs. |
| |
| In any case, the caretaker will visit the premises on a regular basis in order to clean the pool and maintain the garden. |
| |
Accidents and damage
|
| In all cases, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of your booking less any cancellation and amendment charges. |
| |
| We will not be responsible for any matters that result from any unforeseeable and unforestalable events, which are beyond our control. |
| |
The Refundable Damage Deposit |
| The damage deposit is due to be sent to us 8 weeks before departure; the cheque being cashed 8-10 days prior to your arrival date. Once any damages/ breakages/ extra cleaning required or any items missing have been assessed, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the damage deposit as appropriate and the remainder returned within 3 weeks by us. |

The amount of the Damage Deposit will be £200 |

| The Deposit is a deposit against the cost of breakages or damage to the property, additional charges not already paid for, etc. The amount of the Deposit is not a limitation on the amount of your liability. You will be liable for any excess amount incurred over and above the Damage Deposit. |

| Please report any damage or breakages to the key holders/caretaker as soon as possible. |

Waste Disposal & Cleaning |
| As with all hot climates, there can be ants and insects, but these can be deterred if simple cleanliness and hygiene rules are followed. Please wipe all kitchen and dining surfaces after use, and make sure that all unused food is returned to the fridge, or placed in airtight containers. |

| Please dispose of domestic waste frequently (daily if possible). For domestic waste please use the public litterbins and bottle banks provided along the roads throughout the area. There are several to be found in both directions from the house. Sharp objects or broken glass that could cause personal injury should be carefully wrapped before disposal. |

| Any concerns or assistance you require should be brought to our attention immediately. We will try to respond promptly to any concerns you raise while you continue to enjoy your holiday. Please help us by reporting any damaged or out of order equipment as soon as possible. |

| Please note we are not responsible for any matter of which you were aware and which you did not bring to our attention during your holiday. |
